ManilART’26: Where the Line Begins

Every artwork starts with a single line.

ManilART, one of the Philippines’ biggest art fairs, returns for its 18th year, and this time it goes back to the beginning. Under the theme “Where the Line Begins,” this year’s fair celebrates the first mark behind every masterpiece: the sketch, the idea, the moment an artist decides to start.

From October 14 to 18, SMX Aura in Taguig becomes one giant gallery. Expect dozens of galleries showing everything from paintings and sculpture to new media, installations, design and functional art. Established names hang alongside emerging artists, so you might find a legend and your next favorite artist in the same aisle.
